the occasion of the wedding of Alexandra and Christopher, whose theme was Ireland, we had a dessert buffet of French tradition but also Anglo-Saxon!
Bubbles & Company knows the best places ...
two set pieces of cabbage and nougatines shaped clover and rugby ball but also a magnificent wedding-cake to 3 floors covered with marzipan.
I had the chance to taste the floor the medium which was based foam pears. Bad luck for me for the raspberry mousse because there was more!
A treat that appeals to both children and adults.
Note that with coffee and Irish coffee, the mini cupcakes green, orange and white were a resounding success.
